About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be licensed in California. New graduates are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support students with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
  • Evaluate and assess students' communication skills using standardized tests and observations

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • California SLP license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Full-time position with 35 hours per week
  • Caseload: Pre-School
