What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, incorporating insurance and investment strategies to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to provide clients with the best possible advice.
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and success.

What We're Looking For:

  • A 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in business or sales.
  • The ability to obtain your California Life, Accident and Health license within 30 days.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of financial products and services, including insurance and investments.
