Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Tech to join our dynamic team at Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Fort Worth. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital and providing top-notch care to our patients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Interface with visitors, patients, family, and physicians on phone and in person for Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital at Fort Worth and Baylor Scott & White Surgical Hospital Outpatient Center.
  • Perform clerical duties including distribution of messages.
  • Perform clinical duties under the direction of an RN or LVN, including assisting patients to the restroom, removing IV catheters, etc.
  • Clean rooms if needed.
  • Assist RNs as instructed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nurse Assistant Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000-$50,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we also offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
