Strategic Account Leader

The role of the Strategic Account Leader is to drive business growth and lead client relationships in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client expectations, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role
This is a senior-level position that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including pharmaceutical advertising, medical communications, and digital marketing. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored solutions, and measure campaign effectiveness. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative, data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet client objectives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, creative, and media, to deliver integrated campaigns
* Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategy and optimize results
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 6+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising
* Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering high-impact campaigns
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
What We Offer
