Job Summary

The Human Bean is seeking a skilled Barista/Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

* Greet customers with a smile and provide personalized service
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter area, machines, and storeroom
* Restock shelves and supplies as needed
* Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* High school diploma or equivalent required
