Rehabilitation Specialist

A well-established healthcare provider, Mitchell Martin, seeks a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join their team on a contract basis.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to develop and implement individualized therapy programs designed to restore, reinforce and enhance performance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify comprehensive treatment plans that address the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Instruct and educate patients and caregivers on essential skills and functions to promote independence and productivity.
- Supervise rehabilitation assistants, students, and support personnel to ensure high-quality care delivery.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania.
- At least one year of experience working with geriatric populations.
This contract opportunity offers a competitive estimated salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, benefits may include professional development opportunities, paid time off, and access to ongoing training and education.
