About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or physician to provide direct patient care.
- You will contribute to the assessment of patients by collecting data for review.
- You will administer medications and observe patients for adverse reactions.
- You will perform plan of care interventions.
- You will evaluate learning needs of patients and families and provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.
- You will perform job duties in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year Nursing experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification in the state of Kentucky.
- Valid driver's license and 21 years of age.
- Certified as a Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider within 45 days of employment.
