Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to uncover trends and areas needing improvement.
  • Create regular and on-demand reports to aid decision-making within the operations team.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in assessing current operational processes and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize operations and boost productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Process Improvement Manager to execute process enhancement projects.
  • Monitor the progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Engage in process mapping and documentation activities.
  • Support the planning, execution, and oversight of projects aimed at operational enhancements.
  • Coordinate with cross-departmental teams to ensure timely and scope-compliant project deliverables.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, comprehend challenges, and suggest data-driven solutions.
  • Facilitate communication and teamwork among various departments to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in telecommunications and process enhancement.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt/Green Belt) or similar process improvement certifications is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
