About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Professional to join our Med Surg team at Atrium Health Charlotte. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the overall success of our medical center.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential diagnoses, problems, and issues related to patient health.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to achieve expected outcomes for patients.
  • Coordinate care delivery and employ strategies to promote health and safety in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate healthcare workers while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a BSN degree preferred.
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside.
  • Basic Life Support certification required per policy guidelines.
