Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering product questions, and recommending solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
- Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
- Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed sales goals, consistently delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, making informed recommendations to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
