We are seeking a Senior Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing staff, and developing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audit engagements and manage staff to ensure quality control standards are met
  • Develop business opportunities and participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff to develop responsible, trained professionals
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Identify client issues and conflicts, and proactively communicate solution options
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • 7 years of experience in public accounting or related field
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize each assignment as necessary
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
