Orthopaedic Clinician

The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly skilled Orthopaedic Clinician - Surgical Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced surgeons and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

This position requires an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for performing surgical first assists, participating in hospital consults, and providing office/clinic patient evaluations and education. Additionally, you will run a parallel clinic, administer injections and aspirations, refer patients for diagnostic treatment/tests, evaluate x-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, review lab results, and perform casting and splinting in a clinic setting. Your expertise in pre- and post-operative H&Ps and follow-up, as well as your ability to write scripts and dictate medical notes, will also be essential to your success in this role.

To be successful in this role, you must be certified by the NCCPA and possess excellent interpersonal skills. You should be an independent thinker, self-confident, organized, hardworking, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Additionally, you must be able to obtain an Alabama license. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $110,000 per year, which includes bonuses and benefits based on performance and experience.
