Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will provide behavior-analytic services, supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, conduct parent training sessions, assessments, and treatment planning sessions, and coordinate care with primary care physicians and other professionals.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable)
  • Completion of BCBA supervision training
  • 1+ years' experience working with children with developmental disabilities

Benefits

Work Environment

As a BCBA at Blue Balloon ABA, you will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. You must be able to stand and move for at least 75% of the day, lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds, and frequently sit and stand, sit on and get up from the floor, kneel, bend, and run with children.
