Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagement teams on audit, review, and compilation engagements
  • Provide world-class client service
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the audit engagement
  • Perform and oversee attest procedures specific to employee benefit plans
  • Collaborate with managers and partners on client issue resolution
  • Review all schedule and non-scheduled general ledger accounts for accurate entries
  • Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams
  • Create and track engagement budgets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA or CPA eligible
  • At least 5 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills

Withum offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $165,000 annually, depending on location. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
