Job Title: Early Childhood Education Lead

The Malvern School is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented teacher to lead our Preschool classroom. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education. The general duties of this position will be as follows:

  • Teacher plans, supervises, and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
  • Teacher maintains a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
  • Teacher communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 1 year of experience with children.
  • An associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 2 years of experience with children.
  • An associate's degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 3 years of experience with children.
