Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HITRUST Manager to join our team, driving growth and innovation in the HITRUST marketplace.

Role Description:

The successful candidate will lead our HITRUST assessment team, providing high-quality services to clients across various industries.

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage all facets of a book of business, including client and personnel management, financial operations, sales and marketing activities, and strategic initiatives that maintain FD's competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HITRUST assessment team, ensuring quality and efficiency in delivering services to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Oversee engagement operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain FD's competitive edge in the marketplace.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Information Security or a related field.
  • CCSFP certification with 5-10 years of information security and HITRUST experience.
  • Intimate knowledge of IT security technologies, architecture, and related security solutions.
  • Working knowledge of IT security frameworks and regulations such as SOC, PCI, NIST, and ISO.

Preferred Certifications (in progress or completed):

  • HCISPP (HealthCare Information Security and Privacy Practitioner)
  • CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
  • CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge)

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
