About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Per Diem Staff Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies
Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
Minimum 2 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
Estimated Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
