**Job Overview**

Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Manager to lead our trucking operations in the Bakken region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient logistics to meet the needs of our customers in the oil and gas industry.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a team of drivers and support staff, ensure safety compliance, and foster positive client relationships. You will also work closely with senior management to implement company-wide initiatives and drive business growth in the district.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage all trucking operations within the district to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Ensure the optimization of routing, fleet management, and resource allocation to meet business goals.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify operational improvements.

**Safety and Compliance**

  • Ensure all trucking activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations (DOT, OSHA, etc.).
  • Develop and implement safety protocols, training programs, and ensure adherence to company-wide safety standards.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents and lead corrective action plans.

**Team Management**

  • Supervise and mentor a team of drivers, dispatchers, and support staff to ensure high performance and morale.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of employees to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and fostering professional development.

**Customer Relations**

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Bakken region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues, anticipate needs, and maintain strong business relationships.

**Financial Management**

  • Manage district budgets, control costs, and analyze financial data to ensure profitability.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, increase revenue, and drive growth in the district.

**Estimated Salary**: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or trucking industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
