Turbomachinery Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Turbomachinery Machinist to join our team at Rotating Machinery Svcs Inc. This is a full-time position based in Tomball, TX.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of finish machining practices involved with drilling, threading, boring, and other tasks on a wide range of components from various industries. Proficiency with Fanuc Controls (Tosnuc) including experience with cogs dill contouring heads and right-angle heads is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and programs to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with shop supervision and safety directives.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust feed rates as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Read and understand Blueprints and G-Code programming.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc Controls and Tosnuc software.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Competitive hourly rate: $25-$35 per hour.
