We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at North Shore Physicians Group in Saugus, MA. As a coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our family medicine office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our medical team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, checking patients in and out, and collecting payments. You will also be required to answer phone calls, respond to emails, and perform various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and obtain prior authorizations as needed
  • Check patients in and out, collect payments, and complete any necessary paperwork
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office

Qualifications
