Psychiatric Nursing Manager

Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Nursing Manager to oversee the provision of care in our 72-bed facility.
As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and support to our nursing staff, coordinate responses to incidents, and ensure the highest quality patient care. Your strong clinical expertise and management skills will be invaluable in maintaining a compassionate and patient-focused environment.
This role requires a Registered Nurse with active licensure and at least two years of experience in acute psychiatric care, as well as one year of management experience. About Our Facility
- We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide oversight for the provision of care, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
- Serve as a resource to direct care staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Coordinate on-site responses to incidents, errors, and sentinel events, demonstrating proactive risk management.
- Support the DON and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned.
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the Registered Nurse job description when necessary and/or assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program, with active state licensure in good standing.
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year in acute psychiatric care and one year in management.
