We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Arts Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time (.4FTE) position that will support the Arts department in various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Special Events: Oversee event planning, coordinate volunteers, meals, space preparation, and publicity.
  • Equipment & Supplies: Coordinate instrument repair, monitor supplies, and maintain teaching spaces.
  • Clerical: Maintain the Arts Calendar, coordinate paperwork, and reconcile credit cards.
  • Miscellaneous: Attend meetings, perform additional duties as assigned, and assist with guest artists or field trip logistics.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
