Overview

Job Description

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. UPMC also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings options.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania or a participating NLC state
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training
  • Ability to work productively and effectively within a complex environment, handle multiple/changing priorities, and specialized equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues

  • Experience in health care preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span
