Dishware Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Texas Roadhouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
• Change water and store dish chemicals properly to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Set up and organize the dish racks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Exhibit teamwork and communication skills to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
