Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package with an estimated salary range of $16.10-$21.53 per hour, depending on experience. This includes:

  • Starting pay at $16.10-$21.53 per hour
  • A pay raise after 60 days of employment
  • An additional pay raise after 1 year of employment

Job Responsibilities

This is a manufacturing job that requires operating production line equipment, finishing products, and reporting any issues directly to supervisors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Maintaining a safe working environment
Working Environment

This position is located in Freeburg, MO, approximately 30 minutes from Rolla, MO. We offer a dynamic work environment with:

  • Schedules subject to change based on production schedule
