This role offers a competitive salary of $13 per hour plus tips, making it an attractive option for those looking to start their career in hospitality. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

1. Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests, including parking and retrieving vehicles in a prompt and safe manner.
2. Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up during arrival and departure.
3. Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times, greeting guests within five feet with a smile.
4. Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location, practicing proper phone etiquette.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
• One month of related experience or training is preferred.
• The ability to read and write standard English language and effectively present information to guests, clients, and employees is necessary.
