We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Driver Helpers. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and efficient package delivery to customers across the region.
About the Role
This is a seasonal position that offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience and skills in a dynamic work environment. As a Driver Helper, you will be responsible for assisting our drivers with package delivery, navigating through residential areas, and interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with package delivery, including lifting up to 70 lbs and navigating through residential areas
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Must have a legal right to work in the U.S.
- No prior experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow is essential
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and navigate through residential areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and responsible individual with a strong sense of integrity
