About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the cardiac rhythm management market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders in the territory
  • Provide training, product support, and assistance with reimbursement processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of documented successful sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Experience with Challenger Sale, SPIN, or similar sales models
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work remotely
  • Ability to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with cardiac rhythm management devices or interventional cardiology
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or marketing
  • Experience selling to cardiology and/or electrophysiology practices
