The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and quality food to our guests. As a Senior Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for preparing and producing all foods/dishes listed on the menu using all equipment provided by Hard Rock International.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meat from larger portions into steaks, chops, roasts, and other cuts.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of dry aging meat based on HRCNI standards.
- Prepare all foods/dishes that are based on company standards and recipes.
- Ensure that all plates or pans served are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications.
- Operate all meat production equipment such as grinder, patty machine, etc.
This role requires a minimum of 4-8 years of progressive food preparation experience with at least 3-5 years in a management capacity. Previous experience in a high-quality hotel or freestanding restaurant is highly desirable.
Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
