Business Development Manager

Sodexo, a leading food services company, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to oversee client relationships and drive growth in the Southwestern Ohio region.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 7 years of experience in food services operations management and/or sales
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
