We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Professional - Float LPN/LVN to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for providing nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or the Physician/Advance Practice Provider (APP). The ideal candidate will have a systematic approach to nursing practice, incorporating the principles of the nursing process when delivering care. This role performs designated patient care duties to the maximum extent allowed by Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Practice Act, reflecting the organization's core values of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to designated patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to RNs or APPs

Our base pay range for this role is $25.56 - $39.88 per hour, with opportunities for additional compensation through shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
