We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team at Taco Bell - Eureka. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading your team to achieve their goals and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Monitor team members to ensure they follow all service standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Supervise the service of guests, being attentive to their needs and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare daily communication sheets and review previous shift reports to stay informed and up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular checks on the restaurant's cleanliness and setup, ensuring that tables are properly set and ready for customers.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with staff, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction and feedback.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.

Salary Information:
