Compliance Officer

Our client, a leading provider of full-service, full-cycle HR solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Retail Banking Compliance Professional to join their team. As a key member of the compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the bank's Compliance Management System (CMS) is effective and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain the bank's CMS across all organizational levels.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations to promote a safe and secure banking environment.
- Conduct detailed reporting and analytics to assess compliance effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement testing protocols and initiate corrective actions as necessary to mitigate compliance risks.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in banking compliance, with specific knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in mortgage compliance, fair lending, depository services, bank secrecy regulations, Fair Credit Acts, and anti-money laundering laws.
- Excellent attention to detail, along with strong reporting, analytics, and testing skills.
- 1+ years of demonstrated project management experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- CAMS certification is preferred.
