We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Dave & Buster's. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Job Overview

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for delivering unparalleled guest experiences through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun. This role requires a strong communicator who can guide our guests through their Midway, retail, game rental, and dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an initial point of contact in matters concerning safety and security in all areas: front door, Viewpoints, Midway, bar areas, kitchen, and back-of-house areas.
  • Provide timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to guests, team members, and managers.
  • Competently diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of our staff, building, and house policies.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the Viewpoint and Midway areas.
  • Assist in the cleanliness and organization of the rental equipment.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and communicate in English is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
