Job Summary

We're seeking a creative, self-motivated, and results-driven QA Automation Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to directly impact the development and QA process for our AI-powered testing platform, ensuring high-quality software that aligns with real-world usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, concise, and well-structured automated test scripts that cover a wide range of scenarios and edge cases.
  • Integrate AI models into your day-to-day work flow.
  • Execute automated tests regularly and analyze test results to identify and report defects.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot issues found during testing.
  • Maintain and update test reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of test automation efforts.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with Playwright, Cypress, or other web automation frameworks, or a strong background in frontend development.
  • 1+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • A proactive approach and a drive to make an impact.
  • Experience with AI models and integrating them into your workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with external customers and managing client relationships.
  • Previous experience as a frontend or backend engineer.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $30 to $45 per hour, which includes a competitive benefits package and potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business needs.
