Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Tradesmen International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong business relationships with our clients, growing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your set territory to manage current clients and develop new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Routinely coach and manage Field Employees and deliver a consultative, needs-based selling approach to our clients.
- Safety and Compliance: Conduct safety walkouts with Field Employees and review safety check-lists to ensure safety protocols are being upheld.
- Client Satisfaction: Conduct routine check-ins with clients and Field Employees to take a pulse on satisfaction/needs, own and troubleshoot issues as they arise to a thorough resolution.
- Collaboration: Share best practices and facilitate an environment of learning, maintain open communication and transparency with all team members to operate as a well-oiled machine.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and take accountability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and foster strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, driven to win and eager to succeed.
- Annual salary with uncapped commission.
