Palliative Care Opportunity

The Provider Finder is seeking a skilled Palliative Care Specialist to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Palliative Care Specialist, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses.

About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity with a general schedule of Monday through Friday, 5 eight-hour days. You will have no call responsibilities and will work with an average of 8-12 patients per day.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority. Certification as an Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

One to three years of experience in an inpatient palliative care setting is preferred. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care, and we are looking for a skilled professional who shares our values.

Compensation and Benefits

The Provider Finder offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $165,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including group medical insurance, group dental insurance, a 403(b) Retirement Plan, life and AD&D insurance, supplemental life and AD&D insurance, long-term disability, supplemental long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, carpool incentives, parking, bereavement leave, jury duty, and an employee assistance program.

Additional Benefits

You may also be eligible to receive 76 hours of sick leave, 7 days of holiday leave, and 2 floating holidays throughout the calendar year. You will also earn 20 to 25 days of vacation leave per calendar year based on position and years of service.
