Cearu Medical Resort is a brand-new, extraordinary medical resort in Edmond, Oklahoma. We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our phenomenal team and help us provide the best possible care for our residents.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to our residents, supervising the day-to-day nursing activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dedicated nurse to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing physical assessments, and delivering treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing staff, ensuring that they comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Consult with attending physicians to discuss resident care plans, medication orders, and other relevant matters.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration records, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current state license as a Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide nursing staff.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- A genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
