Custodial Quality Assurance Specialist

The Custodial Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring adherence to the GCE Quality Control Plan (QCP) at assigned worksites. This involves providing performance objectives, inspecting services for defects and discrepancies, and investigating customer complaints to provide root cause analysis and recommendations for correction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with GCE's QCP
- Conduct regular inspections of custodial services to identify defects and discrepancies
- Investigate customer complaints and provide root cause analysis and recommendations for correction
- Collaborate with project managers and operational staff to ensure quality control objectives are met
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in custodial services
- Knowledge of Ability One mission and expectations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent team member/customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Eligibility for work assignment on specified contracts
- Ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings
Working Conditions
- May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year
- May work with cleaning chemicals
- May be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- May be required to remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas
