Overview

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Provide personalized attention to every guest, ensuring a positive experience in our deli department.
  2. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards for quality and freshness.
  3. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the department, adhering to our strict standards.
  4. Product Preparation and Service: Prepare and present products to our guests, while also receiving, ordering, stocking, and providing excellent customer service.
  5. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including making PA announcements.
Qualifications
  1. Friendly and Outgoing Personality: Possess a warm and engaging demeanor, with a willingness to interact with guests and have fun with them.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
  3. Team Player: Work well with others, demonstrating a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  4. Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, as well as stand for extended periods.
  5. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and able to effectively communicate with supervision.
