Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming environment for residents and their families
- Develop and implement personalized care plans based on observation and expertise
- Advocate for residents' needs and ensure seamless communication with healthcare providers
- Manage medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Hold a Registered Nurse degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Possess a valid RN state license and CPR certification
- Have experience in nursing practices and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
