Job Summary:

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional patient care. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the activities of associates during a specific shift, overseeing job expectations, and maintaining policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
  • Oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained
  • Provide training and create work schedules
  • Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
  • Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
  • Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
