Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success by establishing and nurturing relationships with key business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers within the construction industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our company's products and services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successful prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including products, services, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
