As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant. Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Emptying the trash compactor and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
