Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Leader to oversee the daily operations of one of our stores. This key position requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Retail Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing store staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with district managers and HQ retail operations to drive business results and share best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably with a focus on culinary or foodservice operations.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
