About This Role

We are seeking a Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division, as part of our National Branch Network. As a Teller, you will be part of the fabric of the local community, helping provide financial services to residents, employees, and local businesses. If you enjoy working with people and have excellent communication skills, this could be an ideal role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers
  • Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
  • Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products
  • Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures
Required Qualifications

We are looking for individuals with 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Preferred qualifications include:

  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members
  • Cash handling experience
