A career opportunity has arisen at A Path of Care Home Health for an experienced Business Development Professional. This role is responsible for driving the growth and development of our business, with a focus on healthcare marketing and public relations.
Job OverviewThis position involves working closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
The salary for this position is $60,000 per year, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, 6 holidays off, paid time off (PTO) accrual, a 401(k), schedule flexibility, and life insurance.

ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and development
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and community organizations
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
- Creating and delivering presentations to stakeholders and other groups
- Managing budgets and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in marketing, health, or a related discipline OR licensed as a medical professional
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, public relations, or a clinical practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
