Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, based on current market data and internal equity practices.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of experience in emergency room settings to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the emergency department
  • Collaborate with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care
  • Manage staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines
  • Recommend and implement courses of action to ensure a competitively superior organization

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate Degree in Nursing or higher required
  • Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required
  • At least one year of RN experience in an emergency room setting is required
