Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Nightclub Supervisor to join our team at C & L Hospitality Group, Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nightclub, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain required dress code, appearance, and hygiene.
- Determine, create, and maintain the atmosphere and ambience of the club.
- Hire, dismiss, train, and manage the performance of club staff and entertainment personnel.
- Manage work schedules, timeclock, and paperwork for all staff and entertainment personnel.
- Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and entertainment personnel.
To be considered for this role, you should have a business degree and 4+ years' experience in the nightlife industry. You should be flexible, autonomous, and well-organized with strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
