We are seeking a Child Developmental Support Specialist to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Westminster, Colorado. This is an entry-level role that does not require prior certification; we provide complete training for this position.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the developmental growth of young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Child Developmental Support Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.

You will have the chance to work in a clinic environment, providing one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 using science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods. We prioritize early intervention and supportive, developmentally-appropriate learning to help every child grow into their fullest self.

Responsibilities
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy
  • Work collaboratively with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care
  • Provide one-on-one developmental and behavioral support to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity
  • Computer and tablet literacy
  • Reliable transportation to both training location and local center
  • Ability to sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., and sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:
